Guardian Logistics operates an SMS-based freight route prediction service ("the SMS Program"). Drivers, dispatchers, and fleet operators may text a route (for example, Louisville KY to Jacksonville FL) to Guardian's published phone number and receive an automated reply containing the predicted drive time, Hours-of-Service stops, fuel and toll estimates, border wait times, weather warnings, and related route intelligence. The program also supports commands such as ARRIVED, HELP, CITIES, PRICING, EMAIL, and NOEMAIL.
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Guardian Logistics by taking one of the following actions:
HELP) to Guardian's published phone number.Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any Guardian Logistics product or service. You may use the Guardian Logistics REST API without ever using the SMS interface.
Message frequency is driven entirely by you. Guardian Logistics sends one automated reply per route query or command that you text in. Guardian Logistics does not send marketing messages, promotional blasts, recurring alerts, or any messages that you did not request. If you text nothing, you receive nothing.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Guardian Logistics does not charge you directly for SMS messages, but your carrier may. Check with your carrier for details.
You can cancel the SMS Program at any time by replying STOP to any message from Guardian Logistics. After you send STOP, we will send you one final confirmation message and will not send you any further SMS messages unless you opt back in by texting us again. You can also use CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL — all are honored.
Reply HELP at any time to receive a list of supported commands and a pointer to support. You can also reach us at support@guardianfreight.ai.
The SMS Program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, and Google Fi. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Guardian Logistics stores a one-way SHA-256 hash of your phone number along with any email address you register via the EMAIL command. Your phone number is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Route queries are processed for prediction and aggregated anonymously to improve model accuracy. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized account holder of the mobile device you use to opt in. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Guardian Logistics may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the SMS Program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
